Students complete Leadership Course
University and secondary school students
learn public speaking and good time-keeping skills.

Muslim students from Makerere
University, Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), Mbarara University of Science
and Technology and representatives from secondary schools have ended a three day
leadership retreat.
The retreat organised by Muslim
Students Association of Uganda (MUSAU) took place at Kakiri Muslim Primary
School in the newly created Wakiso district. While addressing participants on
Saturday, May 5, former Makerere University Muslim Students Association (MUMSA)
chairman Sheik, Hamid Byamugenzi asked the gathering to value time.
Byamugenzi said among the tributes
of a good Muslim, keeping and valuing time is very important.

Ibrahim Nganda spoke about public speaking. He advised the students leaders to
always respect their audience, if they also want to be respected.
Dr. Haroon Kigongo a former MUSAU
President and Makerere University Business School lecturer, Muhammad Ngoma also
addressed the workshop that ended yesterday.
